Invited to perform one last play in the Pacific Playhouse before it became a film production office – this fringe theatre space (formally the Southwark Playhouse) in the heart of Bankside was transformed in every nook and cranny. Inspired by the Playhouse’s rich and varied theatre history we transformed the space into casting, props, costume, make up and stage. Audience members became the actors and the stars of the show, while the actors became the behind the scenes support. Audience members played Judy Dench, Daniel Day Lewis, Kenneth Williams, Daniel Craig, Ross Kemp, Heather Mills, Daniel Radcliff among others and were taken through the casting process, cast, given lines, props, costumes, made up and put on a performance.
