Sarah Davey-Hull
Founded the company in 1993 when as an actor she decided she was a director. Sarah has a BA and an MA in Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths College, University of London. She has produced all, directed most and acted in some of bold & saucy’s shows. She has received Time Out and The Guardian’s Critics Choice for a number of shows, and been nominated for Best Production for Juicy Bits.

In addition to her work for the company, she has directed new writing, Shakespeare for the British Council in New Zealand, classical work for the Oxford Shakespeare Company and large community projects including The Southwark Mysteries at Shakespeare’s Globe in 2000 and again in 2010 in Southwark Cathedral with a cast of 169 as well as numerous play readings at Theatre 503 and various festivals.

She works as a Lecturer in Acting at Central School of Speech and Drama on MA Acting and MA Actor Training and Coaching, as a consultant to other companies, a director at a number of drama schools and runs the fh space www.fhspace.co.uk leading research workshops there.
